This Selmer piccolo is silver-plated, and the model of this piccolo is PC 310. It is made in the USA and has a brighter tone as compared to the wood piccolo (usually made of grenadilla wood). The piccolo is one octave higher than the flute and is half the length of the flute. It is the highest sounding woodwind instrument.
